This extra-large Cartier Santos Dumont watch measures: 46.6 mm x 33.9 mm and has been meticulously designed and developed at the Parisian watchmaker’s manufacturing facilities in La Chaux de Fonds. The men’s luxury watch is crafted from robust, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, shaped into the recognisable square shape. A silvered sunray dial is a perfect backdrop for a set of crisp black Roman numerals and a set of traditionally crafted blued steel hands. The watch is water resistant to 30 meters and derives from an original design concept developed for Brazilian pilot, Alberto Santos Dumont back in 1904. Its square-shaped case designed by Louis Cartier Features the iconic decorative screws set into the bezel. The watch’s integrated lugs lead to a deep blue alligator leather strap with a matching steel ardillon buckle. This Santos Dumont watch is powered by the manual winding calibre 430 MC, which provides a 36-hour power reserve. To protect the dial of the men’s Santos Dumont watch. Cartier selects a scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass lens, treated with anti reflective technology. Its beaded crown located at 3 o’clock is set with a single scintillating round brilliant-cut diamond to make adjusting the time an indulgent, tangible experience for the wearer.
