Free Gifts and E-Gift Cards with Purchase

General eligibility

• The promotion applies only to selected full-priced products purchased online from Berry’s Jewellers.
• The minimum threshold must be met by one qualifying item.
• Sale, discounted, pre-owned and other excluded products do not qualify.
• Promotional codes, vouchers and other offers cannot be used in conjunction with the promotion.
• The available gift will be displayed on the qualifying product page or in the customer’s basket.
• Unless otherwise stated, one promotional gift is available per qualifying item.
• The promotion is available to UK customers only.

Physical gift terms

• Physical gifts are subject to availability.
• The selected gift will appear on the order confirmation at a value of £0.00.
• Gifts will be dispatched separately after 14 days, provided the qualifying purchase has not been cancelled, returned or exchanged.
• A physical gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Berry’s may provide a reasonable alternative gift of an equal or greater value where the advertised gift becomes unavailable.

E-Gift Card terms

• E-Gift Cards will be sent to the email address used for the qualifying order.
• The E-Gift Card will be valid for six months from its issue date.
• It can be redeemed online against eligible, in-stock products.
• Only one promotional E-Gift Card may be used in each transaction.
• It must be used in a single transaction, with any unused balance expiring after that transaction.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another Gift Card, repairs or insurance.
• It is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original purchaser.

Returns and exchanges

• A promotional gift forms part of the qualifying purchase.
• If the qualifying item is returned, cancelled or exchanged for a non-qualifying item, the gift must also be returned unused, complete and in its original condition.
• Where an E-Gift Card has already been issued, it must remain unused and may be cancelled by Berry’s.
• If a gift is not returned or has already been used, Berry’s may deduct its stated promotional value from the refund or exchange value, where legally permitted.
• An exchange for another qualifying item may retain the original gift, subject to the applicable promotional level.

Promotion administration

• Berry’s reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary.
• Changes will not affect qualifying orders already accepted unless circumstances outside Berry’s reasonable control make fulfilment impossible.
• These terms do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
