Eligible jewellery may qualify for a WOLF Caroline Black Zip Jewellery Case, while eligible automatic watches may qualify for a selected WOLF watch winder.

Returns, Exchanges & Promotional Gifts
Returning a Qualifying Purchase
A promotional gift forms part of the qualifying purchase.
If the qualifying item is returned, cancelled or exchanged for a non-qualifying item, any physical promotional gift must also be returned unused, complete and in its original condition.
If an E-Gift Card Has Already Been Issued
The promotional E-Gift Card must remain unused and may be cancelled by Berry's if the qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned or exchanged for a non-qualifying item.
Where a promotional gift has already been used or is not returned, Berry's may deduct its stated promotional value from the refund or exchange value where legally permitted.

General Eligibility
- The promotion applies only to selected full-priced products purchased online from Berry's Jewellers.
- The minimum threshold must be met by one qualifying item.
- Sale, discounted, pre-owned and other excluded products do not qualify.
- Promotional codes, vouchers and other offers cannot be used in conjunction with the promotion.
- The available gift will be displayed on the qualifying product page or in the customer's basket.
- Unless otherwise stated, one promotional gift is available per qualifying item.
- The promotion is available to UK customers only.
Physical Gift Terms
- Physical gifts are subject to availability.
- The selected gift will appear on the order confirmation at a value of £0.00.
- Physical gifts are dispatched separately after 14 days, provided the qualifying purchase has not been cancelled, returned or exchanged.
- A physical gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Berry's may provide a reasonable alternative gift of an equal or greater value where the advertised gift becomes unavailable.
E-Gift Card Terms
- The promotional E-Gift Card is emailed to the email address used for the qualifying order as soon as the order is accepted.
- The E-Gift Card is valid for six months from its issue date.
- It can be redeemed online against eligible, in-stock products.
- Promotional E-Gift Cards are issued with qualifying purchases for use against a subsequent eligible purchase. Orders paid for wholly or partly using a promotional E-Gift Card do not qualify for a further promotional E-Gift Card, even where the order value or the additional amount paid would otherwise meet the qualifying spend threshold.
- Only one promotional E-Gift Card may be used in each transaction.
- It must be used in a single transaction, with any unused balance expiring after that transaction.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another Gift Card, repairs or insurance.
- It is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original purchaser.
Promotion Administration
- Berry's reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary.
- Changes will not affect qualifying orders already accepted unless circumstances outside Berry's reasonable control make fulfilment impossible.
- These terms do not affect the customer's statutory rights.
