Every Berry's order is handled with care and dispatched using an appropriate tracked and insured delivery service. We use Royal Mail and DHL, and all orders require a signature upon delivery.
European Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same working day. Some orders may require additional time before dispatch, including where an item needs to be transferred from another Berry's location, ordered from a supplier, adjusted, resized, engraved, specially prepared or subject to additional security checks.
If your order is likely to take longer than expected, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will normally be processed on the next working day. Bank holidays and periods of limited carrier operation can affect dispatch and delivery times.
Delivery Security
Signature Required
All orders dispatched by Berry's Jewellers require a signature upon delivery. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, with the exception of eligible BFPO addresses.
Address Verification
As a retailer of high-value watches and jewellery, we may carry out additional security checks before dispatching an order. We may contact you to verify billing, delivery or payment information.
PayPal & Finance Orders
PayPal Orders
Orders paid using PayPal can only be delivered to the confirmed delivery address associated with the PayPal transaction at the time of purchase.
Finance Orders
Finance orders can only be delivered to the address provided on the successful finance application.
We are unable to deliver a finance purchase to an alternative address.
Click & Collect
Selected online orders can be collected from a Berry's Jewellers store where Click & Collect is available. Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the store.
When collecting your order, you may be asked to provide your order confirmation and suitable photographic identification.
International Delivery
International delivery is available to selected destinations and is subject to local import rules, courier acceptance, product value, sanctions requirements and individual brand distribution restrictions.
International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked services or DHL Express depending on the destination, product and shipment requirements.
Europe and Worldwide delivery is £65 per order. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch and do not include delays caused by customs clearance or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or its customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the price paid to Berry's Jewellers and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs authorities or the local delivery partner may require payment before releasing the shipment.
BFPO Delivery
Eligible orders can be delivered to selected British Forces Post Office addresses. The correct BFPO address format must be used when placing your order.
VAT is charged when a BFPO order is initially placed online. Once tracking confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the BFPO depot, Berry's Jewellers will refund the applicable VAT paid back to the original payment method.
Tracking & Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Carrier networks can be affected by bank holidays, severe weather, customs delays, security incidents and other events outside our reasonable control.
If you require an order for a specific date, particularly during Christmas and other busy periods, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
