Free Collection Eligible Click & Collect orders can be collected from a participating Berry's store without an additional collection charge.
Secure Collection Orders are released only to the person who placed the order and are subject to identification and payment verification.

How Click & Collect Works

Order Online

Add your item to the basket, proceed to checkout and select Click & Collect where available. Choose your preferred participating Berry's store.

Wait for Confirmation

We will contact you when your purchase is ready for collection.

Please do not travel to the store until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Collect Your Order

Visit the selected store with your order confirmation, suitable photographic identification and the payment card used for your order. If you paid using Apple Pay, Google Pay or another digital wallet, please bring the device containing the relevant wallet instead.

What to Bring When Collecting Your Order

  • Your Berry's order confirmation email.
  • A current passport or photocard driving licence.
  • The payment card used to place the order, or the device containing the relevant digital wallet if you paid using Apple Pay, Google Pay or another digital wallet.
  • Any additional verification requested by our team.

Purchaser Only

For security reasons, Click & Collect orders can only be collected by the person who placed the order.

We are unable to release an order to a nominated third party.

The name on the photographic identification must match the customer details on the order.

Apple Pay, Google Pay and digital wallet payments: please bring the device containing the digital wallet used to place the order. We may ask you to open the relevant payment card within your wallet so that we can verify the device or virtual card details against the payment information held for your order. The number shown in a digital wallet may differ from the number printed on your physical card. Screenshots or photographs of a digital wallet may not be accepted as verification.
Berry's Jewellers reserves the right to request additional identification or payment verification before releasing a Click & Collect order. For selected or higher-value orders, this may include a verification code sent to the email address or mobile number supplied with the order and a signature to acknowledge collection. We may delay or refuse release of an order until our security checks have been completed satisfactorily.

Payment Restrictions

Click & Collect is not available for orders paid using PayPal or finance.

PayPal orders can only be delivered to the confirmed PayPal delivery address, and finance orders can only be delivered to the address stated on the approved finance application.

Ordering & Payment Finance Options

When Will My Order Be Ready?

Collection times vary depending on the location of the item, your selected store and any sizing, bracelet adjustment or other special requirements.

If the product is held at another Berry's location, needs to be transferred between stores, requires preparation, or is being sourced from a supplier, additional time may be required.

We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Please wait for the ready-to-collect confirmation. An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean the item is already available at your chosen store.

Watch Bracelet Adjustment & Ring Sizing

Where available, you may be able to request bracelet adjustment or another sizing service before collection.

Additional preparation time may be required, and some products or designs may not be suitable for adjustment before collection.

Is Click & Collect free?
Yes. Eligible Click & Collect orders can be collected from a participating Berry's Jewellers store at no additional charge.
Can someone else collect my order?
No. For security reasons, the order can only be released to the person who placed it. We are unable to release Click & Collect purchases to nominated third parties.
What identification do I need?
Please bring a current passport or photocard driving licence together with your Berry's order confirmation. The name on the identification must match the order.
Do I need to bring the payment card?
Yes. If you paid directly by debit or credit card, please bring the payment card used to place the order. If you paid using Apple Pay, Google Pay or another digital wallet, please bring the device containing that wallet. We may ask you to open the relevant payment card in the wallet so that we can verify the device or virtual card details against the payment information held for your order. Screenshots may not be accepted.
Can I use PayPal with Click & Collect?
No. PayPal orders must be delivered to the confirmed PayPal delivery address and are therefore not available for Click & Collect.
Can I use finance with Click & Collect?
No. Finance orders must be delivered to the address stated on the successful finance application.
How long will it take for my order to reach the store?
Timing depends on where the item is held and whether it requires transfer, sizing, bracelet adjustment or other preparation. We will contact you when the order is ready.
Can I change my collection store after ordering?
Please contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to help, but for security and logistical reasons a change may not be possible once the order is being prepared or transferred.
