Online Returns Information
At Berry's Jewellers we are confident that you will be delighted with your online purchase. However, should this not be the case, we are pleased to offer an extended Christmas returns period.
Any eligible item purchased between 15th November 2025 and 5th January 2026 may be returned for a full refund or exchange within this timeframe. This excludes bespoke items, personalised items and custom orders. Please make sure that the product is in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice) and the Berry's swing tag is still attached, and return the unworn item to us via post or in-store within this timeframe.
Please note that return postage costs are only covered if the item received is incorrect or defective
In store purchases and bespoke orders online are non-refundable.*
Bespoke & Personalised Items
Unfortunately these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes any item that is;
• Made to order or items that have been altered to a customer’s request.
• Rings that have been made to order
• Rings that have been re-sized
We will inform you via email if your item falls into one of the above categories.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective in anyway please notify us within 3 working days. Kindly keep all packaging and return this back to us with the goods within 30 days. We will reimburse the return postage on damaged or defective goods upon submission of receipt showing the cost you have incurred for returning the item.
We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately on 0113 2010512 or email customerservice@berrysjewellers.co.uk and we will rectify the situation.
