Berry's Price Match Promise

1. What Can Qualify?

The Price Match Promise is available on selected branded jewellery and watches.

The product offered by the competitor must be:

• brand new and not Pre-Owned, ex-display or previously sold;
• identical to the Berry's product in model or reference, colour, finish, size where relevant, strap or bracelet, specification and included accessories;
• in stock with both the competitor and, where applicable, Berry's;
• available for immediate purchase and dispatch; and
• sold as a standalone product rather than as part of an excluded bundle or conditional promotion.

Berry's own-brand jewellery is not included in the Price Match Promise.

2. The Competing Retailer

The competitor must be a genuine current authorised UK retailer for the relevant brand and must sell the product directly to the customer.

The Price Match Promise does not apply where the competing seller:

• is not an authorised retailer for the relevant brand;
• has lost or is in the process of losing the relevant agency;
• is in administration, liquidation or a closing-down process;
• is a discount outlet, marketplace seller or unauthorised third party; or
• is located outside the UK for the purpose of the competing offer.

We may verify the retailer's authorised status with the brand or other reliable sources.

3. The Price We Can Match

The competing price must be the current price publicly advertised by the eligible retailer and capable of being verified by Berry's.

We do not match:

• prices available only through promotional or voucher codes;
• private, personalised or membership-only offers that are not publicly available on comparable terms;
• duty-free, tax-free or ex-VAT prices;
• obvious pricing errors;
• auction prices;
• used, pre-owned or ex-display prices;
• bundle pricing or offers where the competitor supplies additional free or discounted products, services or benefits; or
• prices that cannot reasonably be verified.

4. Current Product & Brand Exclusions

The Price Match Promise does not currently apply to:

• Berry's own-brand Jewellery;
• Pre-Owned products;
• Cartier;
• Vacheron Constantin;
• TUDOR; or
• Patek Philippe.

5. Finance, Free Gifts & Gift Cards

An agreed price match is treated as a discount for the purposes of other Berry's offers.

• 0% interest-free finance: may be unavailable where a price match has been agreed.
• Credit-bearing finance: qualifying 48 or 60-month finance options may still be available, subject to status, product eligibility and the lender's terms.
• Free gifts: a price-matched purchase does not qualify for a promotional free gift unless Berry's expressly confirms otherwise.
• Gift cards: Berry's gift cards cannot be used to pay for a price-matched purchase.
• Other promotions: the Price Match Promise cannot be combined with another discount or promotional offer unless expressly stated.

6. Making a Price Match Request

Please provide enough information for us to verify the request, including:

• the name of the authorised UK retailer;
• a link to, or other evidence of, the advertised price;
• the product model or reference; and
• any other information reasonably required to confirm that the products and offers are directly comparable.

Our team may need to check the competitor's stock position and authorised-retailer status before confirming whether the request qualifies.

7. When We May Decline a Request

Berry's may decline a Price Match request where, acting reasonably:

• one or more of the eligibility conditions on this page have not been met;
• we cannot verify the competing price, stock availability or authorised-retailer status;
• the competing price appears to result from a pricing or website error;
• the proposed transaction would conflict with a brand restriction, legal requirement or other applicable sales restriction;
• we reasonably believe the request involves fraud, abuse, manipulation or an attempt to circumvent the purpose of the Price Match Promise; or
• the product has become unavailable before the price match is agreed.

If a request does not qualify, our team may still be able to discuss another available Berry's offer, but we are not obliged to provide an alternative discount.

8. Relationship With Our Terms & Your Rights

Where Berry's agrees to a price match, these Price Match Promise terms form part of the contract for that purchase together with our main Terms & Conditions.

The Price Match Promise is a voluntary Berry's benefit. It is additional to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
