The design Features four swirling heart-shaped openwork structures that overlap with one another. These four sections surround four round brilliant-cut diamonds in the centre of the pendant surrounding a single princess-cut diamond to create an eye-catching cluster effect. The overlapping diamond pendant attaches to a matching 18ct white gold chain measuring a length of 50cm, which secures to the back of the neck with a refined fastening.
