The Overseas Chronograph watch by Vacheron Constantin is as sporty tool with impressive water resistance and a compact case design for on-the-go individuals. It has become a stylish go-to timepiece from the brand’s catalogue thanks to its expertly crafted in-house movement and distinct case shape. This men’s Overseas Chronograph watch is crafted from 18ct rose gold and integrated with 150-meter water resistance. Inside the 42.5mm case is the beating heart – the self-winding Calibre 5200, which provides an impressive 52-hour power reserve. The movement is put on show through a sapphire crystal glass exhibition caseback and beats at a rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour. On the dial side of the Vacheron Constantin Overseas Chronograph watch is a trio of chronograph counters sitting at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock against a silver dial. Rose gold accents bring the display to life and feature in the central hands and stick hour markers, treated with Super-LumiNova. The hands relating to the chronograph functions are executed in black. These comprise the central chronograph second hand, the 30-minute hand at 3 o’clock, and the 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock. A date aperture also resides at 4:30 and the watch is completed on a dark brown Mississippiensis alligator leather strap, with an additional dark brown rubber strap, both of which secure with an 18ct rose gold ardillon buckle.
