This beautiful aquamarine and diamond pendant Features a large marquise aquamarine gemstone held inside a smooth rub-over setting. The pale blue gemstone, also known as the birthstone for March, is surrounded by a frame of round brilliant-cut diamonds to create a cluster formation and Features a singular round brilliant-cut diamond at the top of the drop, held inside a polished rub-over setting.
