To mark our 125th anniversary, we commemorate five generations of authentic British jewellery design with our new OPEIA jewellery collection – a celestial-inspired range of elegant jewellery creations crafted from 18ct gold, and platinum. Running throughout this celebratory collection is a strong focus on family, depicted by the repeated shape of the classic circle, infused with bursts of light inspired by shooting stars and formed by the timeless round brilliant-cut diamond acting as a comet in motion across the night sky
Designed by hand and formed from a vision of elegance and wearability, our talented in-house designer, Emily Holdich has brought each piece to life. Forging this inspirational range from an initial pencil sketch and nurturing each piece to form a work of art is an ability that comes naturally to Emily. Each design shares a significant focus on the number five to reflect five generations of family at Berry’s Jewellers, the designs feature five graduating diamonds for this very reason.
OPEIA Necklace
The figurehead of the collection, the OPEIA Necklace is limited to just five pieces. Emulating shooting stars and cosmic elements, trails of shimmering light are brought to life by timeless diamonds and fluid lines. An interchangeable and removable tassel-effect finishes off this work of art.
OPEIA Pendants
Available in two sizes, these pendants boast an 18ct white gold chain secured with a classic lobster-style clasp featuring the signature Berry’s ‘B’. Bold and classic, these two pieces stand out & offer unique style with effortlessness.
OPEIA Rings
Each ring in the OPEIA Collection is
crafted from polished platinum, adorned with diamonds. Beloved by contemporary jewellery lovers, each one has an open design reminiscent
of comets in the night sky and have been created to hug the shape of the finger.
OPEIA Earrings
The OPEIA collection boasts both a stud and drop earring style. The 1.20ct diamond studs are crafted from 18ct white gold and feature the signature OPEIA design of a five-point negative space encased by a circular motif to capture the light.
OPEIA Bracelet & Bangle
A striking 18ct white gold bangle and bracelet, adorned with the signature cometinspired motif of the OPEIA collection, ensures an elegant look for all occasions. With delicate round brilliant-cut diamonds set into the bangle itself, This design is a statement of elegance and femininity
Making each new piece from our 125th anniversary collection so special are the subtle nods to our company’s long heritage. OPEIA derives from the word Cassiopeia a constellation found in the Northern sky and named after Queen Cassiopeia, Mother of Andromeda. The focus on the Cassiopeia constellation itself tips its hat to the northern roots of the business, whilst the soaring comets and majestic shooting stars formed by beautiful diamonds signify five generations of Berry’s craftsmanship. Symbolic of our heritage, the OPEIA Collection shows our unwavering commitment to extraordinary artistry and our drive to continuously create unique and masterfully crafted designs for generations to come.
