Do I need an appointment to visit Berry's?
No. You are welcome to visit Berry's without an appointment. Booking in advance simply allows the team to prepare for your visit and give you dedicated time.
How long does an appointment take?
Appointment length depends on what you would like to discuss. The showroom team can advise when confirming your booking.
Can I request a specific watch or piece of jewellery?
Yes. Include the brand, model, product reference or Berry's product URL in the booking form. The showroom will prepare where possible, subject to availability.
Can I book for an engagement ring consultation?
Yes. You can arrange dedicated time to discuss engagement rings, natural diamonds, settings, wedding rings and bridal jewellery.
Can I book an appointment for repairs, valuations or bespoke jewellery?
Yes. Select the relevant specialist service in the appointment form and provide some information about what you would like to discuss.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. If you are bringing several guests or have any specific requirements for the visit, mention this in the additional notes so the showroom can prepare appropriately.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
Reply to the showroom confirmation or contact the relevant Berry's location as soon as possible so another date or time can be arranged.
