Automatic Watches
Automatic watches use the motion of your wrist to power the internal mechanisms.
Also known as self-winding or kinetic watches, they feature an oscillating weight that moves in response to your arm’s movement that winds the mainspring, powering the watch with no need for batteries or manual winding.
Many automatic watches also have features such as calendar complications, moonphase indicators, and chronograph functions. Automatic movement is considered by many collectors to be highly accurate and require less maintenance over time.
