Berry's is a fifth-generation family-owned jeweller, founded in 1897. From our beginnings in Yorkshire to today's showrooms and specialist boutiques across five UK cities, our story has always been shaped by jewellery, watchmaking and personal service.
A Family Story
The business began with Abe Berens, who established shops in Scarborough and Southport before opening in Leeds. His daughter Jeanne and her husband Gee Wolff later took the business forward, establishing Berry's as part of the city's jewellery landscape.
The next generations, including Jeffrey Walton, Simon Walton and Oliver Walton, have continued to develop the business while preserving its independent character and personal approach.
More than a century later, the family remains closely connected to the business as Berry's continues to evolve.
Jewellery and watches may change with each generation. The importance of knowledge, trust and personal service does not.
