Hublot was founded in 1980, but it was not until the year of 2003 that founder Carlo Crocco partnered up with Jean-Claude Biver who later became the CEO of the brand. Over the years Hublot watches have grown both in size and popularity. They utilize modern materials that are both durable and long lasting. Our Hublot watch collection here at Berry’s is split into three sections; the Big Bang watches, Classic Fusion timepieces and the Spirit of Big Bang line. We welcome you to peruse these fine Swiss watches and should you like to come in and try any one of the designs on for yourself, please give our watch team a call to organise a viewing.
If you are looking for something modern, dynamic and bursting with Hublot’s innovative watchmaking technology, you’ll certainly be able to make a statement with a watch from the Big Bang collection. As Hublot’s flagship design, it is a widely recognised style in all corners of the globe. Some of the cases of these excusive designs are crafted from Magic Gold, stainless steel and carbon, and combined with sapphire crystal glass lenses to provide a crisp view into the dial. Lovers of complicated movements and sophisticated materials will fall in love with watches from the Hublot Big Bang collection. These watches are defined by their broad dimensions and the visible H-shaped screws which donate an industrialized look to the watches, holding down large 45mm bezels – some draped in a layer of sparkling diamonds for the glamour-loving lady. The Hublot Big Bang 44mm watch offers a vision through to Hublot’s watchmaking universe. Elements of its powerful engine – the HUB4214 self-winding chronograph movement, can be seen behind the three chronograph dials at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock.
The Classic Fusion collection is one of our favourites here at Berry’s. The designs are incredibly elegant and have been crafted from a small selection of the very finest in Hublot materials to give the watches a versatile edge. These timepieces are perfect for wearing out at night with designs finished in glistening diamond set bezels, to more understated three handed dials. The Hublot Classic Fusion Chronograph Titanium King Gold watch comprises of 280 individual components to make up its independent HUB1143 self winding chronograph movement. The bezel is manufactured from the company’s King Gold – an exclusive material that is even redder than the traditional 18k red gold 5N. Metallurgists increase the percentage of copper and add platinum to make this unique material.
With cases crafted from titanium, ceramic, Hublot’s King Gold and Magic Gold – designs from the breath-taking Spirit of Big Bang collection, are created for those who like the rare and unusual. This unique breed of watch holds a special place in the company’s portfolio, since it is the only collection to feature a tonneau shaped case. Some of the models feature a moonphase display, whilst others use an extravagant selection of materials to bring about a bold design that will make a lasting impression on any watch lover. The Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Titanium Ceramic Watch combines brushed satin finishes on a titanium case, with polished bevelled corners. The broad 42mm case is powered via the Hublot Caliber HUB 4700 which oscillates at 36,600 vibrations per hour and delivers a power reserve of 50 hours.
