The OPEIA jewellery collection not only celebrates 125 years of authentic, innovative jewellery design here at Berry’s Jewellers, but also takes its name from word Cassiopeia – a constellation found in the Northern sky that was named after Queen Cassiopeia, mother of Andromeda. Lines of diamonds and coloured gemstones signify the way in which strings of stars and comets dash across the night sky and impart a resolutely luxurious feel when accompanied with other matching designs from the collection. This single row cross over ring design from the OPEIA jewellery collection adds a band of light around the finger thanks to a row of meticulously positioned claw-set round brilliant-cut diamonds upon a polished platinum band. The end of each section of the crossover design is adorned with a rich blue round brilliant-cut sapphire gemstone, held inside a timeless four-claw setting. This beautiful design can be accompanied by other platinum and sapphire jewellery designs from Berry’s OPEIA collection or worn alone as a statement piece. The blue sapphire gemstones chosen for this beautiful 125^th anniversary ring design amount to a total weight of 0.61 carats whilst the round brilliant-cut diamonds weigh a total of 0.58 carats.
