The display of this watch proves to be fascinating many times over. The time is displayed in the most unique of ways, through a smaller, off-centre sub-dial. The chunky central hands, hour batons and Arabic numerals are arranged in the same way to those often seen on a normal dial from Glashutte Original. Beautiful decoration to the in-house manufactured 66-06 movement is exposed through the front of the dial, along with the movement’s stunning jewels and a duplex swan-neck fine adjustment, which takes pride of place through the display. With hands inlaid with Super-LumiNova and a stylish grey Louisiana alligator leather strap with a foldable stainless steel buckle, the gentleman is sure to look smart and sophisticated every day of the week. The 50-meter water resistant timepiece is finished with a sapphire crystal glass front to protect the dial from reflection and scratching. The finer touches to this Glashutte Original Panolnverse watch, however, are those like the delicately engraved double “G” logo adorned to the surface of the polished steel crown at 3 o’clock on the bezel.
