BESPOKE & PERSONALISED ITEMS Unfortunately these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any item that is; • Made to order or items that have been altered to a customer’s request.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or defective in anyway please notify us within 3 working days. Kindly keep all packaging and return this back to us with the goods within 30 days. We will reimburse the return postage on damaged or defective goods upon submission of receipt showing the cost you have incurred for returning the item. We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
