CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY - ONLINE ONLY

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your festive purchase, we will be more than happy to exchange or refund you on purchases from Monday 19th November until 6th January 2019 providing it is returned unworn, in its original condition with a valid proof of purchase. This does not affect your statuary rights.

At Berry’s Jewellers we are sure that you will  be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason that is not the case we offer a 14 day full refund (excludes bespoke and personalised items) To request a return email customerservice@berrysjewellers.co.uk to obtain a returns reference number. All returns must be accompanied with a completed returns form.

Please return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt and in its original condition together with the original packaging and documentation. Return your item by post to the address stated on the returns form or to your nearest Berry’s store - click here to find your nearest store. When returning an item by post we would strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure proof of delivery.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective in anyway please notify us within 3 working days. Kindly keep all packaging and return this back to us with the goods within 30 days.  We will reimburse the return postage on damaged or defective goods upon submission of receipt showing the cost you have incurred for returning the item.
 
We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately on 0113 380 0979 or email customerservice@berrysjewellers.co.uk and we will rectify the situation.

BESPOKE AND PERSONALISED ITEMS
 
Unfortunately these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.  This includes any item that is 
Made to order or items that have been altered to a customer’s request.
