Extended Christmas Returns
Shop with confidence at Berry's this Christmas with our extended returns policy, valid over the festive period from Wednesday 18th November and you'll have until Wednesday 6th January to return purchases bought during this time.
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted on the presentation of the unused goods in the original packaging (with no alterations made) and the guarantee accompanied by the till receipt or proof of purchase. During these times it may take longer than usual to process returns. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We offer this returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.
At Berry's Jewellers we are sure that you will be delighted with your online purchase. If for any reason that is not the case we offer a 14 day full refund (excludes bespoke and personalised items and custom orders).

BESPOKE & PERSONALISED ITEMS
Unfortunately these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes any item that is;
• Made to order or items that have been altered to a customer’s request.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective in anyway please notify us within 3 working days. Kindly keep all packaging and return this back to us with the goods within 30 days. We will reimburse the return postage on damaged or defective goods upon submission of receipt showing the cost you have incurred for returning the item.
We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately on 0113 2010512 or email email@example.com and we will rectify the situation.
