Here at Berry's Jewellers, we are carefully and continuously reviewing Government Issued information regarding the current COVID-19 situation.
The health and well-being of our customers, staff, partners and wider community is our number one priority, so we will continue to do what's best by them, while maintaining the Berry's Jewellers service you'd expect.
Our UK Next Day Delivery service is temporarily suspended, though our couriers and partners are working tirelessly to ensure all deliveries dispatched prior to closure are fulfilled on time, and to the highest hygiene standards. However please note, that while International and European orders will be dispatched by Berry's on time, due to the current situation we can't make any guarantees regarding delivery time as I'm sure you can appreciate.
Our website www.berrysjewellers.co.uk is still accepting online orders, but please note that stock availability is being checked on a product by product basis. We are however taking every precaution to maintain Berry's service.
Your Berry’s purchase is very precious and we want to make sure that it arrives in perfect condition; therefore all our deliveries are made by Royal Mail tracked services and will require a signature upon delivery.
If you place your order before 3pm Monday-Friday, we will endeavour to dispatch it the same day. There are some factors that may affect dispatch such as stock availability, if we have to order a product directly from the supplier, or if you have any special requirements. If any of these factors result in the dispatch of your order being extended, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday, unless it is a bank holiday, then your goods will be dispatched on Tuesday.

If you place your order before 3pm Monday-Thursday, you can expect to receive your order before 1pm the following day; orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive on a Monday (except bank holidays).
In most cases, we will only deliver to your registered billing address. However, we may deliver to an alternative address at our discretion. Interest Free and PayPal orders will ONLY be delivered to your registered or verified billing address. You can also arrange to collect your order at one of our seven UK stores.

If you place your order before 3pm Monday-Friday, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.
We can only deliver to European countries that are served by Royal Mail and some of our brands will only allow us to shop their products to certain locations. If your location is not listed we may still be able to ship to you, please email email@example.com for more information.
We will only deliver European orders to your registered billing address.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Relevant customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of any goods and are charged upon delivery. Customs policies and charges can vary greatly from country to country and we have no control over what these charges may be. For further information and to find out what charges you can expect to pay you should contact the relevant customs office.
INTEREST FREE CREDIT
Interest Free Credit orders will only be dispatched once your application has been authorised by our finance company and these orders can only be delivered to your billing address. Finance is only available to UK residents.
Paypal orders will only be dispatched when we receive notification from PayPal and these orders will only be delivered to your verified PayPal address.
Please be mindful that there is a limited postal service during bank holiday periods (especially Christmas) so if you wish to receive your order for a specific date, please allow sufficient time and place your order in advance. If your delivery time is affected by events that are out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
