Project - Pendant

Design Brief

For this project, after a consultation with our bespoke jewellery designer this was the design brief.

  • Client had inherited a diamond and sapphire cluster ring and felt it was slightly dated and too large
  • Wanted the ring redesigned and remodelled into a pendant
  • Incorporate the ring's original stones for sentimental value
  • Client brought in an image of a pendant which she liked and was taken into consideration as the starting point for the design

1st Stage

The first stage of production begins with the development of initial ideas and concepts after consultations with our in-house designer so we make sure you have the perfect piece of bespoke jewellery for you.

After this our designer will sketch the concepts by hand until a finalised sketch has been decided upon and once this happens the next stage of the development begins.

2nd Stage

The next part of the process is the creation of a 3D images of the eternity ring using our high-spec CAD (computer-aided design) software which bring the sketches and initial ideas of client and designer to life and give a sense to what the finalised piece of jewellery will look like.

Once again this can also be a chance for the customer to adjust any features for the final stage of development.

Final Stage

At the final stage of development is the actual creation of the piece of jewellery and is crafted within our in-house workshop which houses the finest quality materials and machinery as well as the most recent techniques in order to create the finished article.

Finished Design

As you can see above the finished design is a stunning 18ct yellow & white gold claw set round brilliant cut diamonds & rub over set oval sapphire pendant all on an 18ct yellow gold necklace.
